According to Kapten Mahadzir Tan Sri Mansor, President of Malaysia International Tourism Development Association (MITDA), for the first time, this prestigious award is organize by Malaysia International Tourism Development Association (MITDA) and Santai Travel.
"The Tourism Industry Award 2024 is not just a celebration of past achievements, but a beacon guiding the future of our industry. By recognizing and rewarding excellence, we aim to inspire continuous innovation and sustainability in tourism,”said Kapten Mahadzir.

It also acts as an incentive for participants to strive for the highest level of professionalism and quality in both products and services.
